House, also known as House, M.D., is an Emmy and Peabody Award-winning American medical drama, which debuted on the FOX network on November 16, 2004. The show was created by David Shore and executive produced by Shore and film director Bryan Singer. During the 2007–08 United States television season, the series was the most-watched scripted program on TV and the third-most-watched program overall, behind American Idol and Dancing with the Stars.

House stars English actor Hugh Laurie as the American title character Dr. Gregory House, a role for which he received the 2006 and 2007 Golden Globe Award and the 2007 Screen Actors Guild Award for Best Actor in a Television Drama. House has aired for four seasons, with a fifth scheduled to begin on September 16, 2008.

NUMB3RS (pronounced Numbers) is an American television show produced by brothers Ridley and Tony Scott. It follows FBI Special Agent Don Eppes (Rob Morrow) and his mathematical genius brother, Charlie Eppes (David Krumholtz), who helps Don solve crimes for the FBI. Created by Nicolas Falacci and Cheryl Heuton, the program is produced by CBS Paramount Network Television and airs on the CBS network in the U.S. It is also shown on Five US and ITV3 in the U.K, although it was also shown during a late-night slot on the main ITV Network for a brief period of time.

The show focuses equally on the relationships between Don Eppes, his brother Charlie Eppes and their father, Alan Eppes (Judd Hirsch), and on the brothers’ efforts to fight crime, normally in Los Angeles. A typical episode begins with a crime, which is subsequently investigated by a team of FBI agents led by Don and mathematically described by Charlie, with the help of Larry Fleinhardt (Peter MacNicol) and/or Amita Ramanujan (Navi Rawat). The insights provided by Charlie’s mathematics are always in some way crucial to solving the crime.

The series was the most popular show airing on Friday evenings throughout its first three seasons.

Prison Break is an American action/serial drama television series that premiered on the Fox Broadcasting Company on August 29, 2005. The series revolves two brothers; one who, as of the pilot, has been sentenced to death for a crime he did not commit, and the other, a genius, who devises an elaborate plan to help him escape prison. Created by Paul Scheuring, the show is produced by Adelstein-Parouse Productions in association with Original Television and 20th Century Fox Television. The current executive producers are Scheuring, Matt Olmstead, Kevin Hooks, Marty Adelstein, Dawn Parouse, Neal Moritz, and Brett Ratner. Its theme music is composed by Ramin Djawadi, and was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award in 2006.

Chuck is an American action-comedy television program created by Josh Schwartz and Chris Fedak. The series is about an "average computer-whiz-next-door" who receives an encoded e-mail from an old college friend now working in the CIA; the message embeds the only remaining copy of the world’s greatest spy secrets into Chuck’s brain.

Produced by College Hill Pictures, Wonderland Sound and Vision and Warner Bros. Television, the series premiered on September 24, 2007, on NBC, airing on Monday nights at 8PM/7c leading into Heroes. On November 26, NBC announced that Chuck received a full season pickup. On February 13, 2008, it was announced by NBC that Chuck has been picked up for a second season in 2008/2009.

CSI: Miami (aka. Crime Scene Investigation: Miami) is a spin-off of the CBS network series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. The show trails the investigations of a team of Miami-Dade Police Department forensic scientists as they unveil the circumstances behind mysterious and unusual deaths and crimes committed in Miami, Florida.  CSI: Miami is produced in partnership with the Canadian media company Alliance Atlantis and CBS Paramount Television. On May 14, 2008, CBS renewed the show for a seventh season. Season 7 will begin airing on September 22, 2008.
